follow the easy directions for secure ordering.
If you require additional information about a book or the order process, please email, phone or fax. (Overseas customers: dont forget the time differences!: You can check these out by looking at the World Clock site) When we receive an enquiry, we physically take the book off our shelves and place it on hold until payment details are received. |

We offer a secure ordering facility, but we understand that some people still prefer not to send credit card details over the internet. If you prefer, you can provide details on 02 6290 0140 (+61 2 6290 0140) or Fax 02 6258 7348 (+61 2 6258 7348). We check our email regularly and we will endeavour to contact you within 2-3 working days of ordering. We only consider that an order is confirmed when payment details have been received. Usually, we keep a book on hold for one week. This is extended to two weeks when the customer indicates that payment is being posted. If there is waiting list for a book, we may offer a shorter hold period. If you are another bookseller and require confirmation from your customer, we will extend the hold period. If we do not hear from you by the end of the hold period, we will consider that you are no longer interested and will take the book off hold. We will not send you a reminder or chase you up. We will advise you by email that we have received your order and then again when we post the parcel off. If there is going to be significant delay in posting, we will let you know. We know it can be a pain for you waiting for an order to be processed, and we endeavour to finalise orders within a week. We will contact you even if a book has already been sold. Just so that you know. If, however, you have not heard from us within 3 working days, please contact us again as technology may have let us down! |
